Windward Balloon Adventures was a magical experience. Sven our pilot was terrific and Angela part of the ground crew was bright, bubbly and very welcoming. Even with feeling a little apprehensive at first you soon forget and are able to just take it all in with amazing views.

Great experience flying with these guys, you meet at dome in the morning,then onto a bus to the take off location. Once arrived you may be lucky enough to help setup the balloon. Back to dome for breakfast. Overall great experience and staff are friendly

What an absolutely amazing activity.Everybody needs to do this at least once in their life.There are no words nor pictures that can fully grasp what this experience is/was like.You simply need to do it.Even for those terrified of heights (like myself), it was amazing.The company is brilliant (shout out to Ange #EmployeeOfTheMonth lol) & give you the best time.Northam is stunning.The breakfast that followed delicious.The biggest thing to note is that you NEED to wear THICK socks or boots. It gets freezing while you're setting up.

Magnificent adventure, the crew were all switched on professionals both competant and knowledgable. They flew two 20 passenger balloons along with a third private balloon from a carefully chosen pre dawn location to a coordinated gentle touchdown only about 1 km from Northam where the recovery vehicles and buses were waiting to take us back for a waiting breakfast. Only improvement for me would be a slightly less crowded basket but it is a money making venture and not a charity. 5*/5*

Amazing experience, definitely a must do! The pilot, Nick, was really experienced and we took off really in no time. Thor and Sean knew what they were doing as well, prepping and taking down the balloon was done really quick. We went near the end of May and it was really cold, going below 5 degrees Celsius, so I recommend to wear multiple layers of clothes.

We went over the avon valley with our pilot pete. he was a great tour guide, explained a lot about the balloon and was super entertaining. everyone on the ground was taking great care of us too. overall a brilliant experience

Dan and Nick and the crew were fantastic. We waited 26.5 years for this. Was supposed to be our honeymoon but weather was not good at the time. So finally we decided to take the plunge and do this.It was amazing.
